I FATTI PARLANO PiÚ DELLE PAROLE

Sono cresciuto in un ambiente dove lo scandire del tempo lo contiamo con le migliaia di passi che si fanno per accompagnare il bestiame al pascolo. La mia famiglia mi ha educato dimostrandomi che l’etica sul lavoro, i sacrifici e i fatti valgono più di mille parole. 

Ecco perchè la mia cucina non andrebbe raccontata, ma solo assaporata. Io sono un uomo concreto e preferisco vivere in cucina a preparare i miei piatti invece di andare in giro per il mondo a raccontarli. 

Mia moglie mi raccomanda sempre di essere più diplomatico ma questo è il mio carattere, e credo di non aver bisogno di vendere un’immagine di me, perchè un uomo è semplicemente ciò che fa e crea.

I grew up where the flow of time is about the rhythm of nature and the succession of the seasons. My family education was grounded into the idea that hard work, dedication and sacrifices were essential and that actions talk louder than words. 

My cooking should not be told but tasted and I rather be in the kitchen working than traveling the world talking about what I do. My wife often suggest me to be more diplomatic but I do not want to sell an image of me because I believe that a man is simply what he creates and do.
